IZABO SHIPPING POLICY — SAUDI ARABIA

At IZABO, every order is handled with care and intention. Our pieces are either made to order or shipped from stock, depending on availability. For delivery timelines and stock availability, please reach out to sales@izabo.eu.

Below is everything you need to know about how and when your jewelry will arrive.

PROCESSING TIMES Each piece is handcrafted in our Antwerp atelier. Some are ready to ship. Others take time — and deserve it.

• In-stock items ship within 1–4 business days.

• Made-to-order pieces take up to 6 weeks to ship, depending on material availability and production complexity.

• Custom orders typically require 6–8 weeks. Lead times will carefully be communicated during the process.

DELIVERY TIMES & SHIPPING COST

• Complimentary DDP Express Shipping (DHL Express) on all orders over SAR 2,850.

• Orders under SAR 2,850 ship with DDP for a flat fee of SAR 175.

• The shipment will be sent with incoterm DDP — meaning all duties and taxes are included. No surprises at delivery.

ORDERS PLACED IN NON-LOCAL CURRENCY Orders must be placed in SAR to qualify for DDP shipping. If paid in another currency, your order will be shipped DAP — and duties may apply on arrival.

PACKAGING & TRACKING Each order is carefully wrapped and packed. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order’s journey.

All shipments are sent via DHL Express. Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.
