Shipping policy

 

PROCESSING TIME
• Orders are processed within 1-4 business days.
• Items are dispatched within 1-6 weeks, depending on production timelines and stone availability. For more information, please contact us at sales@izabo.eu.

DELIVERY TIME
• Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance, typically 2-14 business days.

SHIPPING CHARGES
• Complimentary express shipping for orders over €750 to eligible countries.
• For orders below €750, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 
• All shipments outside the EU are shipped DDU - Delivery Duty Unpaid. Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order (outside the European Union), you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

Should IZABO mistakenly be invoiced directly for any additional duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due.

IZABO cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
