Refund policy

At IZABO, each piece is crafted with care. While we hope you’ll love your order, we understand that sometimes things change. Below you’ll find our return policy, designed to balance flexibility with our commitment to craftsmanship.

RETURNS FOR NON-CUSTOM ITEMS
• Non-custom, in-stock items are eligible for return within 7 days of receipt — check with us beforehand if your order is in stock or made-to-order.
• Return requests must be emailed to sales@izabo.eu with mention of the order number.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all relevant documentation. If IZABO receives undeclared faulty goods, including packaging, we reserve the right to withhold the lost cost from the reimbursement.
• IZABO will provide a DHL Express return shipping label and withhold €35 from the reimbursement to cover the return cost. 
• IZABO will not refund any initial shipping fees paid by the customer when placing the initial order.

DUTIES AND TAXES
• All international orders (outside the EU, UK, and US) are shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid).
• You may be eligible to recuperate import duties and taxes via your local customs office when returning a product.
• IZABO is not liable or responsible for these costs. 

CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
• These are non-returnable, unless damaged, faulty, or not as described.
• Please reach out within 7 days of receipt to sales@izabo.eu to initiate a return in such cases.

REFUNDS
• Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
