FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING, INCLUDING IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES ON ALL U.K. ORDERS

At IZABO, every order is handled with care and intention. Our pieces are either made to order or shipped from stock, depending on availability. For delivery timelines and stock availability, please reach out to sales@izabo.eu. 

Below is everything you need to know about how and when your jewelry will arrive.

DELIVERY TIMES & SHIPPING COST
Free Express Shipping (DHL Express) on all U.K. orders  — duties and taxes included. The shipment will be shipped with incoterm DDP. 

PROCESSING TIMES
Each piece is handcrafted in our Antwerp atelier. Some are ready to ship. Others take time — and deserve it.
• In-stock items ship within 1–4 business days.
• Made-to-order pieces take up to 6 weeks to ship, depending on material availability and production complexity.
• Custom orders typically require 6–8 weeks. Lead times will carefully be communicated during the process.

NO SURPRISES AT CHECKOUT
Your checkout total includes all import duties, taxes, and shipping costs — no extra fees at delivery. Everything is handled by us. You simply receive your package.

PACKAGING & TRACKING
Each order is carefully wrapped and packed. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order’s journey.

All shipments are sent via DHL Express. Delivery takes 2–6 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.
