RETURNS AND REFUNDS – UK

At IZABO, each piece is crafted with care. While we hope you’ll love your order, we understand that sometimes things change. Below you’ll find our return policy, designed to balance flexibility with our commitment to craftsmanship.

RETURNS FOR NON-CUSTOM ITEMS

• Non-custom, in-stock items are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU and UK consumer laws.

• Returned items must be unused, in their original undamaged packaging, and include all accompanying documentation. If the package returns to us with damage to the item or its packaging, IZABO can withhold the refund or a partial refund to compensate for the damage. 

• IZABO will provide a return label and withhold a flat fee of £20 for the return shipping cost. 

• Paid import duties and taxes may be recuperated after returning the jewel back to us. More information with regards to recuperating import duties and taxes can be found here: www.gov.uk.

CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

• Custom-made, sale, and archive pieces are non-returnable, except in cases where they arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described.

• For such cases, please contact us at sales@izabo.eu within 5 days of receipt to arrange for a return or replacement.


REFUNDS

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.

• Please allow up to 7 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.
