SHIPPING IN THE EUROPEAN UNION
At IZABO, every order is handled with care and intention. Our pieces are either made to order or shipped from stock, depending on availability. For delivery timelines and stock availability, please reach out to sales@izabo.eu.

Below is everything you need to know about how and when your jewelry will arrive.

PROCESSING TIME
• Orders are processed within 1-4 business days.
• Items are dispatched within 1-8 weeks, as each piece is made to order. In-stock items will be shipped within 5 days of placing an order. Custom items will take around 4-8 weeks to ship, depending on availability of materials. 

DELIVERY TIME
• Once shipped, delivery takes 1-7 business days.
• Delivery timelines are provided as guidelines and may be subject to courier delays.

SHIPPING CHARGES
• All orders shipping within the European Union are complimentary and free of charge.
• No additional taxes or customs duties apply to shipments within the European Union.
