At IZABO, each piece is crafted with care. While we hope you’ll love your order, we understand that sometimes things change. Below you’ll find our return policy, designed to balance flexibility with our commitment to craftsmanship.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS – CANADA
RETURNS FOR NON-CUSTOM ITEMS
• Non-custom, in-stock items are eligible for return within 3 days of delivery to the recipients address.
• Return requests must be submitted via sales@izabo.eu, after which a return label will be provided by IZABO.
• Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include all original documentation. IF IZABO receives undeclared faulty goods, including its original packaging, IZABO can withhold a fee from the refund to cover the loss.

RETURN CHARGE
• IZABO will provide a DHL Express return shipping label after submitting your request through sales@izabo.eu. A flat fee of $65 USD will be withheld from your refund. This covers reimbursement of paid import duties, sales tax, and return shipping costs already absorbed by IZABO.

• IZABO will provide a DHL Express return shipping label after submitting your request through sales@izabo.eu. A flat fee of $35 USD will be withheld from your refund. This covers reimbursement the return shipping cost absorbed by IZABO.


SALE, ARCHIVE, CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
• These pieces are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described.
• In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at sales@izabo.eu.

REFUNDS
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method, after inspection and approval of the return.
• Allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
