ORDERS

HOW DOES PLACING AN ORDER AT IZABO WORK?

Each order is made to order, ensuring every piece is unique. Delivery timelines are as follows:

• Standard orders: 2-3 weeks.

• Custom orders: Up to 4 weeks (delivery date will be communicated during the ordering process).

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Once your order is placed, modifications are unfortunately not possible due to our bespoke production process. Should you wish to cancel your order, contact us at sales@izabo.eu, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.

SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION

PROCESSING TIME

• Orders are processed within 1-4 business days.

• Items are dispatched within 1-3 weeks, as each piece is made to order.

DELIVERY TIME

• Once shipped, delivery takes 1-7 business days.

• Delivery timelines are provided as guidelines and may be subject to courier delays.

SHIPPING CHARGES

• Complimentary express shipping for orders over €850.

• A flat €35 fee applies to orders below €850.

• No additional taxes or customs duties apply to shipments within the EU.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

PROCESSING TIME

• Orders are processed within 1-4 business days.

• Items are dispatched within 1-3 weeks, depending on production timelines.

DELIVERY TIME

• Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance, typically 2-14 business days.

SHIPPING CHARGES

• Complimentary express shipping for orders over €850 to eligible countries (see list below).

• For orders below €850, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• All shipments outside the EU are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Customers are responsible for import duties and taxes, which will be collected by the courier upon delivery.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

• Duties and taxes are not included in the product or shipping price. These fees are determined by your local customs office.

• In the rare instance of non-payment and delivery refusal, refunds will not be issued.

Kindly note that the shipping charges drop. Import duties and taxes will remain in place and the responsibility of you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RETURNS FOR NON-CUSTOM ITEMS


• Non-custom items are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt for customers in the EU and UK, in accordance with local consumer laws.

• Returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accompanying documentation.

• For customers outside the EU, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, subject to local regulations. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

• Custom-made and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable, except in cases where they arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described.

• For such instances, please contact us at sales@izabo.eu within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

REFUNDS

• Refunds will be seamlessly processed to your original payment method upon inspection and approval of the returned item.

• Please allow up to 7 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items

We take great care in the craftsmanship of every piece. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:
• Notify us at sales@izabo.eu within 14 days of delivery.
• Provide photos and a description of the issue.
• Faulty items are eligible for repair, replacement, or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Customs and Import Taxes

• For international orders outside the EU, all shipments are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
• IZABO cannot calculate these fees in advance and is not liable for delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance.

Additional Information

LATE OR MISSING DELIVERIES

If your shipment is delayed or goes missing, contact our customer service team at sales@izabo.eu. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the matter promptly.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay duties, shipping fees will not be refunded. Additional costs may apply for re-delivery.
