As we transition into the new year, the festive end to another one is near. This winter, lavish is our main word, and our inner self in the energy we bring to the function. Sweatpants and Uggs are traded for floor-length gowns and business-chic suits, adorned with bold yet sophisticated jewelry. We reflect on the successes of the past year and look ahead to the ones to be made in the coming year.
This winter, IZABO plays with the nakedness of raw materials, dreaming of bright stones, while making it possible without. The energy we’re bringing to the function — wrapped or not, is our unapologetic self and sterling silver bangles in the form of earrings, necklaces, and bracelets. We play with fantasy and desire yet longing for it enough that the desire becomes unattainable. Because if we’re real with ourselves, it's the leading up to, the desire, the longing that makes something special.
The holiday capsule collection entails three eye-catching pieces with the same vision — excess moderation. We played with our base material, sterling silver, and left gemstones behind, for now. An intricate play of desire, longing for that bling, yet when desire is strong enough, the result is not needed. This season, we bring our bold selves to the function, highlighting who we are, while not letting our eyes wander to anything else but us.
